I have 1985 Bronco with a 4.9l in-line 6 and granny geared. My motor keeps hitting my radiator in high torque situations. I have changed my motor mounts, transmission mount, and replaced my radiator 2 times because the engine fan moves forward and hits the radiator. The engine moves about 2” forward.... any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Yo Huk,

Inspect those motor mounts again. Were they slotted?  I'm not familiar with the 85  4.9,  however the cross member frame brackets may be the issue?  Are they riveted in and perhaps the rivets are loose?

See attached front and rear engine mount parts break-out diagrams.

Best mounts are from Ford,  if available or @ https://shop.broncograveyard.com/Motor-Mounts-300-I6/productinfo/30507/
