Does anybody know if the stock 1988 302 5.0 is flat tappet or roller design and what are the stock gears in the 1988 bronco

Flat tappet. Rollers didn't come till later.

what are the stock gears in the 1988 bronco

Their was a 3.73 otion and 3.55 option. best way to know is to check the axle tag,
