Emblem Removal

i want to Paint my bronco and was wanting to remove the body emblems, do they just pop off and to put them back is their a little cap that goes over the pin?

If they just have pins, then there is a small cap that expands and holds them tight into the body. Some are just double sided tape, some combine both tape and cap. Prying is usually how I get them off. You need a small flat tool and pry very carefully so you don't distroy the emblem or ***** up the body metal. If it uses a cap, sometimes you can salvage it or you can get new ones from a body parts supplier.

I use a small tack prybar, but there is a tool that is designed for the job.
