1995 Ford Bronco XLT 5.0l Automatic

Feb 07' Had a bad ground from my negative cable to my engine block. I replaced the Pos + Neg wires and also replaced my solenoid, alternator, and battery.

June - July 07' Truck started to hesitate slightly. Transmission (1st especially, smoother with 2nd and 3rd even smoother) started to shift a little rough through all gears. Reverse started to bang into gear really bad and my truck would have a really rough idle when in reverse. The truck also accelerates in reverse and slows down even when I take my foor off the gas. Also, truck would lose power while I'm driving. If I turned off my headlights, my truck would start just fine. Sometimes I can drive with my parking lights on but sometimes I can't. When I turn on my headlights my fuel pump dies. When my headlights are on the passenger side is really dim along with the other parking lights on that side. Also, my right blinker on my instrument panel does not light up anymore. I replaced my oxygen sensor, mass air flow sensor, EGR valve, and headlight harness.

Thank you for any and all advice.

If so, check for Trouble Codes and post them

Appears to be a bad ground; when eng ground went bad (did it literally burn out at a connector?) amperage probably went through other grounds such as headlights...ck all grounds now; heck for loose or corroded connections; look at headlight grounds; pass. side ground strap from intake manifold area. lower down to exh manifold/and down to frame and from top of strap over to pass side firewall above heater hoses; and batty to inner fender on pass side, starter, etc.

If all is ok, then tranny time:

some info here</a>

esp: "ENGAGEMENT PROBLEMS, HARSH:

Does it have the new M.L.P.S.? Check TPS or F.I.P.L . voltage - check idle speed"

One Q, when you replaced the Grounds, etc. was the bateery run down? Did you have to jump it to start & run it to charge batty again? If so, the alt/cables, etc. may have been damaged

"Because many of the new alternators are capable of charging at rates in excess of 110 Amps, the battery should be fully charged before use to avoid overheating the alternator by trying to use it as a battery charger. Alternators are NOT battery chargers, they are battery maintainers as well as supplying current for vehicle amenities. Symptoms of this type of damage are a burnt stator." by http://www.thirskauto.net/Alternator.htmlhttp://www.thirskauto.net/Alternator.html</a>
