EFI to Carb

So I have my 90 Bronco with 302 that is of course EFI. I am about to do a rebuild on an engine I picked up from a junk yard out of another Bronco. I am wanting to ditch the EFI and go with a carb instead. I was wondering if any of guys have ever done this and kind of give me a heads up to the parts I might need to look into. I know I'm crazy going EFI to carb but what can I say. I love an engine with a carb on it. Thanks for any advice and help you can give me.

My thinking is to get the carb and manifold from the same supplier, as well as the little pita parts you need. ( throttle linkage adapters, temp sensors for elect choke, air cleaners, etc.)

also you will need a fuel preasure regulator, as the preasure from the elect pump for EFI is too high for a carb. I think you may need to bleed off some fuel back to the tank like the EFI system does. that is where talking to the guys at Summit, Jegs, Edelbrock, or other supliers you may know of , is important. They can get you what you need,for your application, made to work together, and won't be blaming the other guy if something doesn't work or fit.

Call them and talk...communication is good!

Thanks loads for the info guys. I just started the tear down on the "new" motor I bought for it. Almost ready for the machine shop. I will def post how it went and what all it took.
