Their is alot of difference in the holes .For the bolts to hold it on.You will need good washers,. The water hose outlet hole --temperature units holes are bigger too. You will have to find parts to adapt them. Before installing it on your 90(352--428) you would be best to take the intake with you. To save you time and money. Edlebrock should tell people this.
