I followed the instructions but it just seemed to be wasting a bunch of brake fluid. Light never went out. Is this the only reason it would be on? How important is it that the lines are balanced?

No one's chiming in.., & I don't have a later model rig but I would ask, did the new M/C come with a new switch..? Did you TEST the old (and/or) new switch.?

If it's the orig. switch.., it may be stuck.

Is the pushrod fr. pedal to M/C orig. stock.?

Assume no power brakes...

Any pics of M/C & pushrod..??

Front brakes do req. more braking overall to keep the rears from skidding as weight moves forward.

It didn't come with a new switch, definitely the original. New pushrod that came with M/C. I may check on getting a new switch.
