I have a 96 Bronco. I know my door hinges are worn out. What's the tell tale for whether I need new hinges or just new pins and bushings?

i was tolded that you couldn`t buy bushing for a Ford. the only why you could fix them is to buy new one or used one.hope it helps. if you find out anything abut them let me know. i need to replace the ones on the driver side door.I have a 96 Bronco. never saw this, but worth a look:Is there any way to replace the spring (the one that keeps the door from falling closed and looks like a big S) without replacing the hinge? Mine snapped in half.

usually the pin/bushing goes South due to crud & lack of ****; we use lithium greaseJeff's Bronco Graveyard here in Michigan has the Pin/Bushing kit. I'm just trying to figure out if that will do the trick, or if my hinges are hosed too.
