what is the size bolts that attach the door hinge to the body?

You needd to provide a little more information.  What year truck are you talking about? 

If you have any bolt from either side of the hing or frame, you can probably go to Lowes and find a replacement in their selection of #8 bolts.  If not, go to your local friendly auto recycler and get one or more from a junker.

Thanks its a 1989 Full size Bronco, I'm going to a junk yard tomorrow see what I can find, auto parts store people aren't very
