i bought these tire and they came with the rims off CL and i can't get up wit the guy i bought them from

and i need center caps, for the price i didn't complain that there wasn't any

Couldn't tell you specifically what brand they are but it's a fairly common rim. Fortunately center caps are pretty generic and any local 4x4 or tire shop should be able to set you up with a set of chrome or brushed aluminum caps to fit. Throw one in the back of the truck & I'd be amazed if the first shop you hit couldn't hook you up.

looks to me like Mickey Thompson classic 2's or could be the knock off american racing rims thats look the same

If its not a classic 2 I agree with Bronc76, it sure looks like an alcoa wheel. I have never heard of them.

looks exactly like the mickey Thompson classic II rims that iused to have on the 84 Bronco. Any kind of chrome center cap of the right size diameter will work. Think they have a 4"-dia center hole, JSM84

no ,the center cap just fits inside the center wheel hole, and is held on by the rim. The lugs are exposed.
