Difference in saginaw PS pumps?

hope someone can help me on this, found a good deal on a saginaw ps pump but the part number is not the ford 20-6244 it is 20-7880. im guessing the only difference would be mounting bolt hole locations? any thing else? how big of an issue would this present in mounting to my 302 from an 80 granada? thanks guys
