I have an 89, 302 v8 motor (5.0) and my setup is via vacume system.

For example, I have a large soup can looking device that is loctated on a shelf right below the driver side headlight inside the engine bay. This "soup can" is simular to the can on the passanger fender behind the battery inside the engine bay.

What happens is, if that soup can rusts, and a hole is exposed, you have no vaccume - thus no cruse control. I'm unsure what the soup can is for on the passanger side of the engine bay tho..also has two vac hoses going into it as well

Your grammer sucks lol.. but from what I gatherd.. you have a newer bronco..so I'm not of much help.

The shutter can be one of three things, bad u-joints. I had this, and it fixed my problem. Slipping tranny, or chewed gears in the rear end. Odds are tho, u-joints are shot.
