has anyone ever had a problem with condesation on the inside of the shell, all of a sudden it just started happening

i have to wipe down the shell every morning.... any thoughts

sounds like a heater core to me...more info would help.

does it happen when the heat/defrost is on?if so then i would swap out the heater core.easy fix and not to pricey

Check to see if the carpet is damp in the rear. If it is, the problem is most likely the rear window seal.

rain or melting snow can seep in, wet the carpet, and that dampness will seep forward.

As the carpet and pad try to dry, the moist air warms, rises, and dampens the shell and windows.

let us know what you find.
