a while back i had a fuel line bust just before my brand new speed demon carburetor and it had started a nice sized fire under my hood. well, as i put it out with my fire extinguisher some of the crap got through the filter and started corroding my main body on the carb. the outside i could care less about. but the inside is just not so smooth anymore. its a barry grant speed demon 650 with vacuum secondaries and electric choke. i'm curious to know if anyone has a clue on here if the main body is interchangeable with a holley. the outside of my engine is always getting full of mud and ugly looking, but its when anything even slightly internal gets out of tip top shape that i worry or in this case its just bothering me and i'm curious to know if i can find a replacement main body anywhere. cuz so far i can't find **** for speed demons but tons for holley's.

let me know if any of you can help.

thanks

ps. i decided to go with coil springs as i already have 6" lift coils and a friend hooked me up with radius arms for my 78 d44. going down to pick up some steel to fabricate some drop brackets soon. the SAS will be done by the end of May. expect more questions
