Can an AOD tranny replace a E4OD?

I have an AOD tranny out of an '86 Bronco and an '91 Bronco that has a bad E4OD in it?

Can an AOD tranny replace a E4OD?

Is it feasible, pros vs. cons etc?

Any help advise is appreciated. Thanx

Yes it will bolt in where tha E4OD was but it is shorter so there ill be some drive shaft mods going on there . Also the computer looks for feedback from the E4OD so you will more than likely have to change the computer as long as your donor vehicle has the same motor ( 5.o or 5.8 ) youll be all set . /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
