Hey guys I was checking on replacing the bolts/clips to my 95 Bronco and looked on the Bronco Graveyard to get them. Although they have the clips for the 92-96, they don't have the bolts for the 92-96. They do, however, have them for up till the 91 models. From what I've read they started using a security bolt rather than hex bolts at some point, but that was the only difference i could find. Will i be alright if I buy the top and side bolts that fit the 91 models?

The threads are the same, the only difference is the head style. They put the security bolts on when the added the 3rd brake light and rear seat shoulder belts to discourage removing the top. As I understand it, in most states it is not legal to drive a vehicle that has a 3rd brake light from the factory without it or have passengers in the rear seat without shoulder belts. If you wanted to keep legal with a 92 and no top you would need to do something like add a roll bar that could have both attached to it.

Good luck,

:)>-
