bronco running issues

i just finished with my fuel system last week and everything was fine. the truck ran nicely and there wasnt a problem. i ran it monday and tuesday this week and it was doing good. then i let it sit wednesday and i go to run it last night and it started idling like crap and everytime i put it into reverse it would die and if it sat in park it would die. i figured i had overloaded the battery with crap that i put into the truck so i unplgged the amplifier i installed yesterday cuz i figured thats wat started the problem cuz it ran fine before i had put it in. it ran a lil better. but this mornin i brought my sistes to the bus stop in it and before hand i let warm up for about 10 minutes to see if it would die but it didnt but still idled like crap. as i went to leave from dropping them off it died again. could someone please tell me why its doing this all of a sudden.
