I have a 1990 bronco 2 4x4 and i am only in high school so im cheap. I was thinking of getting some 31's but would i have to get a lift? and would it look wierd if i didnt get a lift? also how much? If its to expensive what size tires should i get. I just go mudding every now and then not to much. Any help on the tires, lift, or general stuff i should get would be great thanks.

well the tires wont fit very well without a 3 inch body lift . . .. . .very easy to obtian and easy to do if you have the tools tires. . . .. . . go for something cheap with a little lug . .. . nothing to good or you might not be able to spin em very well super swamper tsl's thornbirds ssr's are good tires bfgoodrich also makes a good tire

You don't say what engine you have or transmission. I have the 2.9 90 but thinking 4.0 due to gas prices..bigger tires will put a strain on everything. that is why I am going with the 94 Explorer Axels and anything else I can get. it is a 8.8 which is stronger and you should be able to run 33's with a 2 inch body and a 4 inch Suspension lift.. It is all about what you want to do with it.. 302 fits with a little help.. I am trying to keep my weight down where I can run on sugar sand and Conch Shell here in Florida.. Mine is now 2 wd.. but that don't matter I have lots of time on my hands.. The body is excellent. No rust or body repairs. So this should be a perfect Project Offroader..
