WHen you cycle the key from the off position to the run position, can you hear the fuel pump(s) running for about three seconds?/

Have you checked to see if the inertia switch (fuel pump cut-off) has been tripped?

Don't forget to check the relays if you haven't already, a friend of mine spent over a hundred bucks on a fuel pump and it turned out to be the relay(a lot cheaper!)

i would start by changing the simple things and checking as you go along

fuel filter and fuel pump relay. check your fuel rail is it's not clogged

check your fpr is it's not clogged or leaking check fuel lines also

inertia switch rarely goes out but does happen

i had the same problem last month

i changed the complete fuel system both pumps and sending unit, fuel filter, fpr, fuel rail and injectors inertia switch, etc..

turned out to be the tps sensor in my case while i was doing fuel i out in a high capacity fuel tank 36 gallons and custom skid plate

pull codes if you can

i've had the same problem on my '86 b2, and it turned out to be that the ecm ground (located behind the passenger kick panel in the cab) was terrible, as well as the one in the motor bay, so the computer wasn't even working, thus the injectors wouldn't fire. you should try pulling up a wiring diagram off the internet or go wire-hunting with a voltometer multi-tool and find the ground wires to the ecm. :)>-
