broken head gasket

I need to have a head gasket replaced and the whole maintenance part is pretty expensive, since they will be screwing with the engine while there their is there anything else I should have them check out or even replace?

Unless the mechanic sees something wrong with the cylinder head, there should be nothing else but to put the gasket on.
