The Brake system is nearly completly changed: NEW(powerbooster, mastercyl, front calipers w/pads,rear cylinders shoe hardwear, and earls flex ss Brake hose all around). cost a fortune@#$%!

heres the problem ..

i dont get enought pedal pressure.

Ive bleed the system with the "www.apexperformance.net" power bleeder. everything was done by the book.

i bleed the mc till every dam bubble was popped!

the only things i didnt change in the system were

the proportioning valve, rear axle brake tubes, and the brake tube that runs from the proportioning valve to the rear.

Could i lose peadel pressure from the extended front brake lines???

Is there any way to manually adjust the proportioning valve?

Isnt there a special way that you can adjust the rear brake drums by going in reverse and stoping frequently?(im not sure exactly how this works, details anyone?)

btw

when i was upgrading the rubber hoses to ss flexline i had drained the entire system of fluid.

im almost posotive it feels like air in the system is there any special or better way to bleed the entire system besides taking it to the shop for another powerbleed.

thanks, bud

NO

Best to set the drums close (slight rub) by hand & then yes, the auto adjust system will take it from there.

Assuming that power bleeder works fr. the bottom up..?
