How many and where are the body mounts for a 1974 Bronco? I have found two of them, but cant see any of the others. Looks like some may be hidden inside the frame.

Help!

There are four locations, eight mounts; underneath radiator support, door area (hinge side), front of rear leaf spring, under tailgate area.

Are they all exposed, or do I have to move anything to get to them?

As was stated, there are eight; The front two are just to the left and right of the lower radiator mounts. The next two are by the front door jamb. Open the door and you'll see a bolt where your foot goes. That's the bodymount bolt. The next two are right behind the front seats. Again, two bolt heads sticking up and they are on a more narrow track than the front seat or rear bed mounts. The last two are just inside the tailgate at the rear of the cargo bed. The only thing you may need to move, depending on what's going on in your truck, would be the front seats the the forward most position. That's about it. These are usually pretty rusty, so get ready for a lot of swearing and wrench throwing! Good luck ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
