Hey guys, yet another lift question from Boomballs for all the wiseminds. Im thinking about buying the 2.5 Inch Rough Country lift kit with rear blocks. My question is could you not use the blocks, but instead just purchase new springs from a different manufacturer. Thus having a new 2.5 inch lift with rear springs?

Heres the lift kit with block:

Also, what size rear springs would I need for the 2.5 Inch lift?

Well, I just received your pm, but I can't send you one back. Anyway, you might be able to get away with just an add-a-leaf. That would save you some money, but chances are your leaf springs are original and are starting to sag. You'd be better off to buy a new pack, otherwise your Bronco will squat in the back with your old springs. These ought to do the job for you.

Ya it wont let me PM either. I tried to find any 2.5 lift with rear springs to come with it buy only found blocks. I even went through Rough Country customer service and he said they dont produce a 2.5 inch Bronco kit with springs, only the F150. He said the springs would match but not the other componets (they dont sell the rear springs seperatly)

I'd check Superlift or Skyjacker. The one I posted above is Superlift. I've had both producs and didn't have any problems with fitament or customer service from either of them.

I found a superlift kit while searching what you said. Is the add-a-leaf going to be safer and a better ride than the Rough Country blocks? Also the prices arent that different, is the anything not included with the Superlift that is with the Rough Country except the shocks?
