Best Cam?

I was wondering what is the best cam to use. I have a 351W 4BBl with aftermarket intake, full length headers. I plan on putting on heads later on. Also want to know what heads do ya'll perfer.

What type of intake? What RPM range?

I have a performer intake. I'm trying to keep it from idle to about 5500.

With an aftermarket cam and possibly heads what HP gains can I get? I am not looking for crazy numbers just ball park. I would also like to know what is the best cam/heads with stock pistons? If ya'll could give me grind/lift and what heads, I would appreciate it.
