Looks good. When I went from 32's to 33's I used a normal $20 Harbor Freight electric grinder, wife works there, with a 4 1/2" cut-off wheel. It was easy. Just follow the curve of the fender opening with a marker. That way you can cut in a curved pattern and replace the cut-off wheel with a grinder wheel to smooth the sharp edges so no-one gets cut. You will have to get rid of the lower plastic air deflector, and for reference if you have the wide plastic bumper face moldings, your curve should stop right before the edge of the plastic! Since you're only cutting a few inches off, 99% of the people won't be able to tell you even cut it.......Oh, and I used a Rough Country 2.5" kit with rear replacement leafs and just used the stock pinion wedge to keep the pinion angle correct. It will be the same with your blocks. You "Need" to use the stock wedge to make it right. Other than that, you don't need to mess with the drive shaft or anything other than the alignment bushings. With that size lift your alignment guy should easily compensate for the camber and toe adjustments. I was close to a 3" setup so I used radius arm drop brackets, at the advise of my alignment guy, so I wouldn't need 3+ deg bushings. I think the brackets were $50-$60 a pair, but there's always used sets, so if you run into any issues that is always an option to get the back of the arms down and level... >:) -Kevin-

i installed the BDS springs on my 96 w/new 33's. They are much stiffer than stock.

Good luck getting your truck aligned. i did not go to a 4wd shop to get it aligned but should have. I went to two different alignment shops spent about 500 bucks and still have camber issues. The first shop gave up after two days, the second shop managed to correct the camber completely with an adjustable bearing. The shop told me they could correct camber or caster, but not both. So i went with the camber cause the tires sat way out and now im stuck with terrible steering wander, the wheel will not straighten itself out, it stays in the direction i turn it.

I got adjustable radius arm bushing from moog i am going to try out, if that doesnt work i will be looking for the drop brackets for the radius arms. DNBELOWBRONCO where did you find brackets for so cheap 50-60 bucks?

Hey guys, I finally finished the lift and had over sized tires installed yesterday for my 96 Bronco. I am posting a pic. so more of us know exactly what to expect. Especially with the leveling kit. Ok again this is the leveling coils from "BDS" and the lift blocks in back. 33 x 12.50 r15 tires.
