:( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Ok I don't know if anyone can answer this question? When starting or stopping at a light truck bang's. All most like the suspension is moving back and forth. I know it is not a ujoint or tranny mount. Also axles and pumkin have no play. If anyone can help me it would be great. Thank You!!!

It's the "donut" bushings on the end of your radius arms....Check that, ... clue as to what are you driving...?

Then maybe "axle rap" ...prob. not something you can feel by hand.

In LO-LO gears, backing up in sand will usually make it obvious.

The dr. shaft spline can stick & cause a "poping" sound as well. :-"

If it's a thumping type noise/feeling it could be the u bolts on the rear end/springs being loose letting the rear end rotate under torque. I had that problem until I install my lift kit. Problem gone ... until now (2 yrs later). It's back. I check the u bolts and they are loose. Haven't had time to pull tires to really wrench them yet but I'm 99.9% sure that's the problem.

I had the exact same problem with my 93. Mine had the thumping feeling coming from right under the drivers side. It turned out that the engine and tranny mounting nutts were loose, so when you took off from a stoplight, the bell housing would hit the floorpan. I ended up replacing, pivot arm bushing, and radius arm bushing before i realized what was going on. To check, put the truck in gear, and apply the emergency brake. Have someone sit in and hold the brakes and apply the gas fast while you look underneath. you will be able to see if the engine and tranny are moving around under acceleration. hope this helps
