Bad Brake Hose

My brake hose failed the other day driving home, and now I'm having the hardest time finding a hose that will be compatible with the last fitting. The fitting (and old brake hose) is 7/16" in diameter, and about a 24 thread, but every brake hose that I find fits a 3/8" 24 thread fitting. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Napa should have an adapter, I had the same problem when I replaced the master cylinder on my 76
