Back Window Switch

The switch on the tailgate and the dash for my back window do not work. My window works fine but switches dont how can i get out the switch on the dash and fix the key switch?

im having a hard time understanding what you are saying. how do you know the window works fine if both switches are not working? And did they both start at the same time? if so check wiring and fuses first as it seems almost impossible for 2 switches to go bad at once.
