i have a 94 bronco that puts 330 horses to the wheels and i feel like the rear axle is trying to do a flip under the truck. im thinking about getting some traction bars. has anyone got any advice on maybe what worked good for them. thanks

what all have you done to this bronco?lift?posi(locker)?gears?

I wouldn't go out and buy a set of traction bars yet,I know they look cool but they are made for drag cars not offraod trucks, unless you are mud dragging or something.do you have lift blocks?are you planning a lift?what size tires do you have?is your transmount broke?

you could solve your problems with that if you are haveing axlewrap and you have liftblocks or old worn out springs with out buying traction bars.

is the slop from the axle twisting or the play in the drivetrain?

let us know more about what you've done and are planning to do and we could save you alot of time and money

before you put traction bars on make sure the u bolts are tight and there is no cracks or broken springs also add heavy duty gasmatic shocks they will help

in stoping wheel hops

I run Duff's Long link Traction Bars on my 68 with 5:89 gears and 39" tires. I do not loose any suspension flex or get axle wrap. You should try and find some like those for your 94. I beleive the frame mount won't match but I bet the Duff's set can be modified to fit the 94. The best part is the bars mount in two locations for axle wrap instead of one like most. Get on line and check em' out. www.jamesduff.com
