Planning on beefing up the bronco a little without putting in a cam.

These are the parts i plan to put on..

CherryBomb Vortex true dual exhaust

High Flow Magnaflow Catalytic converters

Jet Performance Chip

Hedman Long Tube Headers from JBG

K&N Cold Air Intake

currently have the stock single exhaust exiting behind the tire

i'm wanting a unique look on my exhaust, i like the idea of the tips coming out right behind the nerf bars

it's a 5.8 with bosch wireset and bosch platinum +4's, just wandering if anyone has a rough estimate on the horsepower gain?

all of these parts should help out gas mileage as well

I would guesstimate about 30-40 flywheel HP from the K&N, chip, and headers plus exhaust. That would take you from about 210 to 250.

damn was hoping for a bit more than that, chip provides up to 30hp by itself :S

really going to enjoy the gas mileage more than anything.

any suggestions for a little bit more hp?

If you make too many changes to the internals, such as swapping to a radical cam, the ECM won't be able to handle it. All that the chips basically do is change the timing, but that's where you can pick up some HP gain. Most headers don't do much to increase Hp, they just affect/change the powerband. You'll get some 'seat-of-the-pants' feel in HP from a tranny shift kit, assuming you have an auto. IF it's the E40D, put an auxillary cooler on it so you don't burn it up with the new mods to the engine.
