Another new guy

Howdy...I stumbled across this site trying to find tow limits for my 1994 Bronco. It's got a 5.0 V8, 3" lift, loads of extras and a nice popping noise that I occasionally hear making left turns, and sometimes grinding when I put it in 4x4. Its a nice truck and I'll get a picture posted as soon as I figure out how.

Welcome to Bronco Zone!!!

The popping when you turn may be from worn radius arm or axle pivot bushings, so check out the entire front end. A grinding noise in 4WD may be just a bad u-joint in the front driveshaft or axle halves, but can be an internal problerm in the transfer case or front axle. Be sure and check that out before damaging the 4WD system too much!!!

Thanks for the welcome and thanks for the advice. I'll have to get it looked at since I'm not to familiar with working on this area.

On a side note, does anyone know of any good accessory/parts sites to go to? I've done some internet serches but haven't really found anything bronco specific.
