yo michael!
welcome back!
a guess, ck the "courtesy lamp/chime" door switch (in door jamb forward of door) - warning chime & dome/map lighting is also on this sw; see diagram by Steve;
http://www.supermotors.org/vehicles/regist...6277&original=1
give that switch a few taps or wd-40 and try again.
or, read this esp. sixlitre's info:
http://fullsizebronco.com/forum/showthread...ght=door+buzzer
a tsb for 94's which may apply here (for switch malfunction) is:
"Water intrusion into the Right or Left Front Courtesy Lamp Switch (refer to EVTM) of the Anti-Theft System may cause inadvertent activation of the system.
ACTION To correct this condition you should:
Remove the switch from the door.
Place a small amount of silicone sealant on the back of the connector where the wires exit the connector (enough sealant should be used to seal the connector and prevent further water intrusion).
Tape wrap the connector and about 1.5" (38mm) of the wires beyond the switch connector.
Reinstall the switch.
Verify the repair. "

if switch is ok (also for pw), then a long shot; ck connector(s) inside door panel;'stang shows how to remove trim/panel here:

it shows pass. door but driver's side is sim.
for the cc, that is a mystery in this case of other driver's side problems other than connectors or the door switch; are you aware of Ford's cc switch recall?

ruled out fuse #13 for cc bec it is on sep fuse from buzzer/chime which is on fuse #17, etc.
lighter - check fuse #16; mine blew fuse for no apparent reason exc. a friend said he reas that when the elements get worn/bent... they do draw too much current
