I don't have a high mount brake light, so I can't confirm, but I think the connector for it is near the front where the cap meets the truck. You might try disconnecting it and see if that makes a difference.

Okay pretty sure I found it . Looks like the led brake lights I installed were the culprit . Not high enough resistance looking like I am hitting brake to computer..go figure
