95 Bronco Help with Bad fuel pump?

Have a 1995 Bronco, 5.8 EFI. Wont turn over, can hear continuous humming noise from rear tank area, guessing fuel pump. Where is fuel filter? Any help is appreciated.

The inline filter is mounted on the driver's side frame rail about midway back

Installation & Diagrams; Scissors Type; BEST PROCESS!; "...Step 1: For the best chance of getting it apart on the first try, start by pushing the coupling together HARD so the fingers of the bail are NOT touching the catch ring on the filter. An assistant to write the info is helpful

heat the engine up; idle until temp gauge is in normal range you usually see and when it warms up; shift thru all gears incl Reverse anyway. (leaving this in place in case it starts and runs)

Then turn off all accessories/lights, etc.

Make sure A/C is off and transmission is in Park (automatic)

Do Key On Engine Off (KOEO) portion first.

The engine temperature must be greater than 50°F (10°C) to pass the KOEO Self-Test

and greater than 180°F (82°C) to pass the KOER Self-Test. (leaving this in place in case it starts and runs)
