My truck has a problem its from about 20mph and up, it shakes terribly the dash rattles and everything. This happens at any rpm if someone could give me some ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Check your tires. That happened to my dads truck a while back and he had a ball in one of the tires.

With that added information; my guess is that it is a bad universal joint in the drive shaft.

There is a helpful thread in the technical section that will walk you through how to replace the "double Cardon Joint"

if that is necessary.

My dads truck started shaking on are way back from a camping trip. And it too would only shake between about 50-60 mph. The tire that whent bad was the left rear tire, but it made the whole truck shake. At first look we couldnt tell but when we got home I noticed that a small section of the tread was a little higher on the inside of the tire than the outer part. The tires still had really good tread on them, but they told us at firestone that when they get old air can get in between the tread and tire and cause a bump in the tread which is what happened. We were lucky it didn't blow on us. But if your tires are kind of old you might wanna check em out. And if they have warranty they should replace it for free cuz that's a manufacturer defect.

when it comes to a bad shake with a double cardon joint in the mix its usually a bad joint. on my 81 I ran the poor old ujoints way beyond destroyed to the point where they welded themselves to the transfer case yoke and DC H yoke.

I Highly recommend getting your rear drive shaft serviced regularly.
