I'm a Newbie here, just found you a couple of weeks ago when I needed some help with ball joints.

I have replaced the ball joints and the u-joints on the front drive shafts, but I'm still having a bouncing from the right front. Any help would be appreciated.

My initial guess would be that side's shock absorber(s)

"One visual indication of tired shocks is worn out and cupped tires

The only way, up until recently, to check shock performance was a test drive or bumper jounce test – both of which are very subjective. The first reason for shock absorber replacement is physical damage. Damage is checked visually and could be:

Pitted, bent, or broken rod

Severely dented dust shield (such that shield restricts shock movement)

Severe leaking from shock

Worn or missing bushings

Abnormally worn or cupped tires "

CHECKING SPRINGS

Sagging springs can cause sloppy handling of your car. Check the springs simply by observing; if one end or side of the car is lower than the other, you have a sagging spring that must be replaced.

when does the bouncing occur if after a bump I would suggest shocks if when turning make sure you dont have on hub locked and the other one free. I had this happen last week. I figured since it wasnt in 4wd it didnt matter but It started wheel hopping around turns freed both sides and problem went away.
