91 bronco only starts with spray start.

engine only starts with spray start,then runs extemely rich. new fuel pump & fuel pressure regulator installed. 38 psi at fuel rail, system cleaned w/ injector cleaner. any ideas

is it possible that the air fuel mixture is off so much that it could be causing your problem? look at coolant temp sensor and o2 sensor to start. and check for codes.

I had a 90 model that had the same problem the o2 sensor was the culprit
