Will 4 wheel coil springs fit in the front of a 2 wheel?

If so will stock 4 wheel springs lift the front or do i still need lifted springs?

I have the 90 Bronco II also and I will am wondering what to use in mine. I am puttin a 302 in there so it will need longer springs just to bring it back to stock height.. Many 4x4 companies have kits with bigger springs and longer shocks to make it work for you for little money.. try them..
