i am looken at buying an 89 full size any i wanna lift it and do the front end and rear end if any one has any sugestions on what i should use than it will be a great help because i dont know to much about fords i am looken at a roughtcountry 4" suspention dana 44 Quick lock in the front and an 8.8 quick lock in the rear

Sounds like your interested in a 4 inch lift? Both Skyjacker & Rancho would be good choices.

Depending what your plans are for tire size you may want to be also thinking about gears in addition to the lockers. As lockers go I'm a fan of ARB tough to beat although Detroit makes a couple different units that I know guys have had good luck with. The nice thing about the ARB units beyond being tough is the flexibility of having it all locked up when you need it & none of the racket that the others will give you on the street.
