88 bronco 5.0 42 code(always rich)

hey guys. i have an 88 bronco with 5.0 efi And i have been fighting codes for a month or so...

i had:

21(coolent temp always low) fixed that with a new thermastat.

33(egr not opening) fixed with new egr solenoid

42(ego sensor indicates always rich) CANT FIGURE IT OUT...

and it is really rich.. like burn your eyes rich with black smoke when you rev it up.

i just fixed the egr solenoid today.then i took it for a drive to see if maybe it need to readjust. but its still rich and idles uneven... so any advice would be great. thanks
