87 bronco II headlights

im new to the zone but have seen a lot of good stuff!

On my 87 whenever turn on my headlights, the blue brights icon lights up on my dash. The control arm doesn't want to move forward or backwards so there is no way for me to turn them off. What do I do?

Hey YB,  Welcome.

It sounds like the high beam switch needs replacing.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I have an 86 b2 Eddie Bauer xlt in the garage and I'll just pull it out of that
