87 11 Won't Start

I got it few weeks ago. It was runjning then but had to work on the exhaust manifold. Decided to rebuild heads etc. It does not start. I checked fuel all the way to tye pressure regulator, checked the distributor position twice for timing position. I pressed Inertia switch but it won't start. I need some fresh ideas. Will appreciate some thoughts.

Check compression incase you screwed up the valve timing
