I have an 86 bronco II 4x4. I've put my 2nd drive shaft in the rear. Can anyone help me find the CV joints at a decent price, or is it best to just buy new ones, and where? Also will it cause problems just driving in 4 wheel drive on the front. Thank you to all. My e-mail is [email protected]. Thanks again, Carl.

Drive Shaft King of Dallas Texas will make a split yolk shaft (Ford uses these on some of their trucks) for the rear that will work great. I replaced the rear shaft with one they made for me and never had a problem with my 89 B2 again. They will make it to the length needed (from trans mount to diff mount) and balanced perfectly so it will work like OEM. It was cheaper to get this type of shaft made than to get a new CV shaft. I kept going through CV shafts as the boots tend to dry out, crack or rip.
