79 Bronco with 4 1/2" lift

I have a 79 Frod Bronco with a 4 1/2" lift kit, new coils in front and add a leaf with riser block in rear. I am experiencing rear suspension wrap-up. What is the best option for correction this problem, a Superlift Traction Bar Kit or a Heavy Duty Ladder Bar? I don't want to bind up the the rear end from articulation when off roading.

You need a traction bar like this then... Or ditch the blocks. Axle wrap will blow your u-joints in no time and its not a pretty sight if other vehicles are near.
