Good afternoon.

I own a 77 Bronco, and had planned on performing some mid / minor repairs consisting of the following:

1.) Complete electrical harness replacement.

2.) Complete Steering Column/ Components/ Controls Overhaul/Replacement.

3.) Replace all exterior rubber for doors and windows.

4.) Replace door mechanical components.

Unfortunately, I have had multiple, continuous projects awarded that will keep me occupied in New York / New Jersey until mid-July earliest. I will not have the time to perform the workscope described above myself, as these projects are typically seven days a week, 10 to 12 hours a day.

Does anyone have any knowledge of reputable shops or private parties in either the Richmond - Virginia area, or the Newark-New Jersey / New York-New York area that can perform this work? I have purchased most of these components, and am only looking for labor support. If there are interested enthusiasts in either of these areas who would entertain performing this work, please advise the best way to contact you. I would like to have the vehicle completed by May, but I know I will not have the time to complete this work myself.

Thank you for your assistance.

Administrators, if I have posted in an incorrect location, please advise and I will move to the proper board.

Ray

Hi Ray., welcome...! (Your post is in the correct location.)

WOW..!

That's a lot to farm out.., especially the re-wire. (#'s 3 & 4 aren't very difficult)

I'd be very leary of leaving an EB in unknown hands. (they have a way of gett'n "legs" in the middle of the night..!) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

There may be "sticker-shock" $-)

I think I'd want a Early Bronco specific shop., or at least experienced (with proof)

Maybe someone qualified to come to your house/garage..., but again trustworthy.

You want that under-dash wiring done right the 1st time..!

Hard to find someone who cares as much as you do....... [-o<

Try High Tech in Chantilly, I think they are located in Northern Va.
