76 F250 8 lug 44 outers on 79 d44 QUESTIONS

ok so i have the need to swap my front to match my gona be new rearend, I know you can use the 78-79 3/4ton dana44 from the bj's out but the early 76 axle has a kingpin style setup, is there parts from this axle that are usable or am i just gona have to look for a 78-79 3/4 d44

havent heard anything concrete on it yet from what i can find on any forum

this what i did sense i could not find ford knuckles out

i went with Chevy knuckles and outer shafts had to redo

my steering and brake lines just a thought case you cant find
