Hey I have a 1989 ford bronco with the c6 transmission electronic shift. I know the NSS is impossible to find so I was wondering if I'd be able to wire a toggle switch to mimic the neutral safety switch so it would only start with the toggle on.

You can just bypass it. It will start in any gear.
Otherwise yes you can just add a switch.

Other wise the attached diagram shows jumpering 3 and 4 together.
