so i may have donor parts like axles tranny tcase and a 6.0 diesel and was wondering if there is some knowledge out there i know lots of work but mostly do you think itll all fit considering the length of the ole bronco

o no doubt the 6.0 will fit in the engine bay. but for this were talking custom motor mounts to be made and if your planning on using the axles from your donor truck thats gonna be some fab work to mount them. keep in mind a diesel is a heavier built motor than any gasser you could put in a a bronco. a 7.3 comes in at about 1100 lbs. so a 6.0 will be knocking at the door at about 700-750 lbs. so your gonna have to do something to beef up the front end to hold up the front from the excess weight. otherwise your a$$ will be way up in the air and the front will be squatted like a low rider. but if your fab skills are good enough then you can do it. i hope that you have the ecu and all the computers for the 6.0 cause that stuff is expensive. really its cheaper and easier to put in a 460 if you want power
