Sorry the code 156 I meant to put down 556, but I would imagine I get code 556 when I try to get codes with the engine running considering I have get fuel up to the rail and then take relay off to keep the engine running cause with the fuel pump relay on it floods the engine!!!!! Here is what does not make any sense to me. I have fuel, Fuel pressure that does not drop 40psi ( I can turn the key get my fuel pressure up to 40psi leave it come back in an hour or so and it probably only drops down to 39psi ),I have fire, I have not done a compression test but from past experience the engine still sounds good have not washed out cylinders yet. So I just don't understand why it floods at initial crank??? I have done just about every thing I think possible. Tomorrow I can think of two more things of doing, I plan on going out there and unbolting the exhaust and maybe it's clogged up I don't know. And taking the rail off with injectors on and turn the key to on position to see if any are leaking. I have checked all grounds today and done continuity test thru all grounds that I know of. I know for sure I checked the one at the radiator support passenger body to frame, passenger engine to firewall, and driver fender to hood hinge. I have taken the risk and took out all injectors and blew air thru them, but before I hooked any volts to them to open up I tried shooting air thru them to see if any were stuck open. I really appreciate everybody's input on this. I'm sure with good people and some brain storming this headache will be figured out. Thanks a lot.......

No need to take the exhaust off. Connect a vacuum line to manifold vacuum, and look for 17 to 21 inches of vacuum even when cranking.

If you have that vacuum the exhaust isn't restricted, enough to cause the problem you have.

Good Luck

Let us know.

K firt of all I will like to say thank you all for the help. I have found the problem. Turns out that it was the PCM and I have been sold the wrong one from the salvage yard. So for who ever has this problem it makes a BIG BIG difference where the bronco was manufactured, Mine was made in New York and the PCM was for a Bronco made in California. Plug it in and all works well. :)>- so thanks again.
