351W build

I'm collecting parts for my build in 2 weeks. The 351w I took out which was cracked had egr on it. Looking at getting the Holley Truck Avenger Carb 670 and the weiand stealth intake for it. Most of the intakes are non egr and carb says street emissions no. So can I get away with the non egr. Also will the truck avenger carb even work with egr. Already have flowtech long tube headers and lunati voodoo cam for it. Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like a good starting point...the carb you have should work with or without egr valve....And yes you can get away with using non egr intake...i used edelbrock proformer no egr with a 750 holley dual line...works just fine...of course you'll have some fine tweaking to do....but hang in there it's all worth it.... B)
